We keep delivery and returns simple, clear, and fair, so you can order your Intovention leather goods with confidence.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. During busy periods, bank holidays, or unexpected delays, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
If your order contains more than one item, we will normally dispatch everything together unless we contact you to arrange otherwise.
UK delivery
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £25.
For UK orders of £25 or less, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you place your order. This keeps the final total clear before payment.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
Returns window
If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
This goodwill return period is in addition to your statutory rights. For most online purchases, UK customers also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, then a further 14 days to return them after telling us they wish to cancel.
Return condition
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please return any original packaging, gift box, tags, cards, or accessories where possible.
Leather naturally varies in grain, tone, marks, and texture. Natural leather variation is not considered a fault. Damage caused by misuse, overfilling, moisture, heat, harsh cleaning products, or normal wear is not covered as a return fault.
Who pays return postage?
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage.
If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, cover reasonable return postage or provide another suitable solution.
How to start a return
Please contact us before sending anything back. This helps us match the parcel to your order and guide you through the correct return process.
- Contact us through our contact page or email info@intovention.co.uk.
- Include your order number, name, email address, and reason for return.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, include clear photographs of the issue.
- Wait for our return instructions before posting the item back.
- Pack the item securely so it is protected in transit.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us unless we arranged the return method with you.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned item. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take extra time to show the refund in your account.
Refunds are normally made back to the original payment method.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution in line with your consumer rights.
Personalised or custom items
We do not currently offer personalised or custom-made products unless clearly stated on a product page or agreed with us in writing. If we do offer custom work in future, personalised or custom-made items may not be returnable unless they are faulty or not made according to the agreed details.
