At Intovention, we believe a well-made leather wallet should be used, carried, and appreciated for years. Our products are designed for everyday life, with a focus on practical use, timeless style, and dependable quality.
All Intovention wallets and card holders come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship when the product has been used in a normal and reasonable way.
Leather is a natural material, so it will change over time. Marks, softening, colour variation, and signs of daily use are part of the character of genuine leather and are not considered faults. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, overfilling, or a change of mind after purchase.
To help your wallet last longer, please use it as intended. Avoid forcing in too many cards, over-stretching compartments, or exposing the leather to harsh conditions for long periods. Overloading a wallet or card holder can put unnecessary pressure on the stitching, burnished edges, and leather structure.
What the warranty covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults such as issues with stitching, construction, edge finishing, or materials that occur under normal use within the warranty period.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural ageing of leather
- Scratches, marks, colour changes, or softening from regular use
- Damage caused by overfilling or misuse
- Accidental damage
- Water damage or exposure to unsuitable conditions
- Neglect or improper care
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
- Change of mind
How to make a warranty claim
To make a claim, please contact our support team with your order details, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the issue. Photos of the fault will help us review your claim more quickly.
Please note that proof of purchase is required, and the product must have been purchased from Intovention or an authorised seller.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
